If you’re trying a session for a group of sessions for the first time, and are not satisfied with either the first session or cannot begin your session(s), don’t worry. Just let us know why you’re unable to train, and we'll issue you a full refund.

TRANSFERS
If you are past your first session and are unable to continue for any reason (moving for example) you are able to transfer your remaining sessions. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any potential client for any reason. However in most circumstance we are able to transfer the sessions smooth and easy. In order to begin the transfer, both incoming and outgoing clients must contact us either at john@phoennix.fitness or by phone at (208) 240-5967.
