One-on-one training and partner training has several benefits:

Self-defense training and group classes
We specialize in personal self-defense. This training is in addition to our Muay Thai Kickboxing classes and will include: how to defend yourself with street savvy concepts, anatomical targeting, knife defense, impact weapons, and multiple opponent situations.
