This program is for the ages of 7 to 12. The program will meet 2-hours a day (total of 8 hours a week) and will provide the fundamentals so your child can learn and reinforce healthy habits, including: diet, fitness, confidence and self-defense. This is an activity based program! All kids will need to arrive in work-out clothes and bring water.
The program will include training in: general fitness, basics of weight lifting safely, cardiovascular training, fundamentals of nutrition, anti-bullying, wrestling and Kickboxing. Each class will focus approximately one hour on self-defense and one hour on fitness / nutrition.

Coach John is the owner and lead instructor at Phoenix Kickboxing. John has over 30 years experience in martial arts and fitness, both as student and teacher. He serves as an adjunct professor at Idaho State University and is an expert witness in self-defense, edged weapons and use of force.
Coach Ana is a NASM certified personal trainer and has coached both group and one-on-one fitness classes, including children and adults.
Coach Dane is a student at Phoenix Kickboxing and will be assisting with supervision.
Coach Tucker is a student at Phoenix Kickboxing and will be assisting with supervision.
